Die cutting axle head fixing seat adopt circle design, it is easy for assemble and disassemble, compare with traditional square shape fixing seat, it save half time. Die cutting pressure adjusting screw arbor is rotation structure, it do not need to take off. Up rewind adopt turret structure to improve work efficiency. Transmission adopt synchronous belt to reduce noise. It is with unwind, rewind and waste collection all adopt magnetic powder brake/clutch to control, operation stable. Unwind adopt auto tension control for constant tension, rewind adopt taper tension control. Unwind, rewind, waste collection air shaft all auto air charge. The rotary die cutting machine is with function of auto length counting, number counting, length setting, auto stop, ultrasonic sensor web guiding etc.
